"First impression was cute stuff for good prices"
My first impression of rue21 was that it had a lot of cute basics without the scary price tags, and that’s pretty much why I still order from there. I usually check it out when I need simple tops, jeans, or something casual without spending a ton. The prices are already decent, but the sales make it feel like an even better deal. For what you pay, I think the value is solid.

I grabbed a couple of tops and a pair of jeans from rue21, they were better than I expected for the price. Not everything felt super high-end — one of the shirts was a bit thinner than I’d hoped, but the jeans fit really nicely and seem like they’ll hold up well. If you’re shopping there, I’d say it’s worth checking reviews or feeling the fabric in-store if you can, but overall it’s a good spot for affordable basics and trendy pieces.

I ordered clothes from rue21 july 3rd, 2016, they shipped off the 6th, with a delivery date of the 9th. today is now july 14 and i still have not got my order. does anyone know when i can actually get my order? i emailed ups, and rue21, but they are so unhelpful.

If a sign says "up to 60% off entire store" and a seconds sign says " yes we mean everything" shouldn't that mean that any item you pick up should have some where between 1% up to 60% off. but that was not the case at the speedway indianapolis store. the cashier told me that "0" is a number too. i explained to him that zero is nothing off. he agreed and i got nothing off until i agreed to purchase another item. such a play on all of us

Why is my order still processing?

Had a worst experience with rue 21. had ordered 4 items online of which i did not get 1 item and among the other 3, two items were not which i ordered. so contacted customer care, who told me to return the wrong items and promised me refund for the missing item. but i did not get the refund for any, even after returning the wrong items. after several calls to customer care i somehow managed to get the refund for just 1 missing item. for the wrong items which i returned them, i never got refund. every time i call customer care, they say they have issued a refund now, but of no use. i dont know whom to contact now
